Tip Number 1: JOIN A GYM

If you’re a bit of an introvert or just worried about looking silly, you might be tempted to try to work out at home. I did this for years and it was a decent start, but I had a squat rack, a multigym, lots of weight plates, dumbbells and barbells and a decent amount of space. Even with all that, I could have made faster progress if I’d just bitten the bullet from the start and joined a gym.
